Inc. can help you lead by example with our 30-minute family exercise classes. On one side of the facility, parents engage in full body workouts with a mix of cardio, strength and endurance exercises while on the other side, children participate in fun and safe fitness activities aimed to improve strength, flexibility, concentration etc… with the added bonus of using the unique C.H.A.L.K. climbing wall!
